On-Site Staffing Program
If your workplace operation requires constant staff coordination, general workplace orientation or simply needs someone to consistently provide physical presence for your supervisors, Southland Employment Services can provide On-Premises Staffing coordinators to assist you with any staff related activities throughout the shift. Typically this service is provided for staffing operations of 50 or more employees.
Payroll Management
Our company takes care of all the timekeeping, payroll processing, paycheck distribution and reconciliation of approved work hours. Employees get the option of being paid by a Debit Card, Direct Deposit or Live Check. Customized, ad-hoc payroll reports can be provided upon request.
Time and Attendance Management
Our staffing mangers are experts in time-keeping performed on various systems including ADP, AMG and Kronos. Let our experts guide you on suggested time keeping practices and rules that minimize exposure and risk to your company.
Risk Control and Safety Program
Our Risk- Control and Safety Managers are OSHA Certified instructors. They can partner with your team’s Safety Department and help conduct safety training, Forklift Certification or Industry-Specific training such as HACCP, SQF and GMP training. Please contact a representative for details.
